Equality Fashion Week Shows Us How Beautiful Diversity Is

Last week, Jasmine and I got a chance to go to the first night of Equality Fashion Week at the Montrose Hotel in West Hollywood. The show ran from October 6-9 and was hosted by the ever-stunning Carmen Carrera.

Having the opportunity to attend the show meant being able to witness some amazing outfits and accessories designed by the top queer fashionistas in Los Angeles. The lineup included goods from event producer Nik Kacy along with the following:

The show proved two things. Firstly, clothes don’t have to be binary. Secondly, diversity makes everything – including fashion shows – 10,000x better.
